90-day guarantee
If you are not happy with your jacket, you have 90 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return. We refund 100% of the product price, no questions asked.
How to request a return
- Email us at soporte@nuvyza.com with your order number.
- We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Please do not ship anything before hearing from us: returns without authorization cannot be processed.
The jacket must be returned complete and in reasonable condition.
Return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.
- If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we confirm your refund by email. Refunds are sent within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method, or by bank transfer when the order was paid on delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
