1. Who we are

Nuvyza (nuvyza.com) is an online store operated by Julián Alfredo Solano Webb. You can reach us at soporte@nuvyza.com.

2. Acceptance

By browsing nuvyza.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Who can buy

You must be of legal age and give us real information: your name, phone number and delivery address.

4. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for reference and colors may look slightly different on your screen. The color-changing effect of our jackets depends on sunlight and temperature.

5. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless your checkout displays your local currency. Shipping is a flat $6 per order and is free when your order has 2 or more jackets. Bundle discounts and promotions apply to orders placed while they are published in the store.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order you will see a confirmation on screen and, if you give us your email, by email. We may contact you to confirm your details before shipping. We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm your details, if the address is outside our shipping area, or if we detect a fraudulent order. If that happens we will let you know and refund any payment made.

7. Shipping

We ship to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Uruguay and the United States. Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days and delivered in 7 to 15 business days (3 to 7 within Colombia). Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping policy for details.

8. Guarantee and returns

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to return it and get a 100% refund of the product price, as explained in our Refund policy. This is in addition to the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

9. Use of the store

Please do not use the store to place false orders, give another person's details without their permission, copy its content or interfere with its operation.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, photos and videos of the store, the Nuvyza name and its logo belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for the quality of what we sell as required by law. We are not responsible for damage caused by using the product in a way other than described in its instructions.

12. Personal data

We use your data to process, deliver and support your order, as explained in our Privacy policy. To deliver your order we share it with our logistics partners and carriers.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email soporte@nuvyza.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. Each order is governed by the version published on the day you placed it.
